Colin Jugo, Editor-in-Chief, Megan Jugo, Managing Editor, and Lorenz Hernandez, Advisor, will lead an interactive session titled Hiraya: Youth Journalism. The session will focus on showcasing effective methods for integrating authentic journalism into Montessori education while highlighting the crucial role of journalism in combating misinformation.
Conference participants can expect hands-on writing workshops, where they will gain practical experience as student contributors, editorial board members, or teacher advisers.

MAPS is open to adolescents, Montessori adolescent practitioners, researchers, and other interested parties. Throughout the event, participants can learn from various speakers—from adolescents to researchers—about their work and experiences in Montessori education.
